Yes, we sure do! We guarantee the quality of all our umbrellas (the umbrellas and the custom branding applied to them) and we will make you're happy with the finished product and service your receive along the way

What is the delivery lead-time for promotional umbrellas?

We aim to deliver custom printed umbrella orders order within 2 - 3 weeks. If you need your order delivered more quickly or have a specific deadline let us know and we'll letr you know. It depends on how many urgent print jobs we have in the production queue. Printing umbrellas is a time-consuming process which requires specialised a print system. We can ship unbranded umbrellas overnight if you need something fast

How can I be sure my custom branding will be reproduced correctly?

Once an order has been confirmed we'll prepare a proof which shows your artwork in place on the product you've ordered. At this stage changes can be made to the proposed design. Once you sign-off on the proof production begins!

What file types do you require for logo branding?

Vector artwork - AI, EPS & SVG - is preferred, however we can work with any file high-resolution file format such as PDF, PNG or JPEG. Send us whatever you've got and we'll sort it out!

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes! We provide digital samples for most products and if you want to see a physical sample we can do that too, though it will extend the production leadtime for your order
